I absolutely love taking pictures. I am an amateur who has renewed my passion for photography after a layoff from the financial service industries. I come into the art with a good eye and am fine tuning my technical abilities through classes, workshops, practice and other artists who humble me with their critique. Since I am still learning the technical aspects of photography I shoot a little bit of everything. I am also self-taught in the ways of digital processing. I am familiar and confident with Adobe Photoshop, GIMP and Picasa to name a few.

I don't just want to take pretty pictures that folks will ooh and aaahh over. I absolutely welcome serious technical (okay and creative) critique and by all means if you do like my work, tell me.. and even more.. tell me why!
